The Plebs are celebrating having won the election... what will you bring to the celebration party?

I have raided the cupboards and I have Mango and Lemon Sorbet, stilton, fresh baguette, viognier, Merlot, Vodka and Fanta Lemons...

There will be strong elements of purple, Bobbi. And claret, and merlot, and damson (wine) and Burgundy....

Is it tonight ? If so I,ve found a sherry trifle,king prawns and thinly slicedbeef in the fridge,plus a bottle of vintage port and blue Smirnoff in the sideboard.

I have just been shopping today and have a beef joint and quite a lot of chicken, some Lurpack Light, potatoes, broccoli, organic carrots, organic eggs, toilet rolls, etc.

I've got the bunting to put round the room, I am rolling it up under my arm as I write (no mean feat as there is a lot of it).

Ha lardy, good point. Enough bunting to deck the street, it's purple and it has some gold bits in it. I hope the bishop won't mind that I cut up his good robe but it was just the right colour.
