I do a sandwich of bread topped with cheese of your choice, then put ham on top, another layer of cheese and then the second slice of bread with mustard instead of margerine. fry the sandwich in a frying pan with half oil and half butter until nicely browned, turning to brown the other side - make sure you add enough butter & oil, it absorbs more then you think. Mmmmmmmmmm
