Given that this fit and able 35 year old woman who chooses not to work has just received a 50k windfall, what are the chances of her paying back all the benefits she has ponced off of us over the years?

Failing that, as she has just trousered 50k, will her benefits be stopped?

I hope Max Clifford makes her rich, then it's one less person on benefits. The slap she got from the officer will probably lead to her receiving a hefty compensation sum from the Met- and rightly so! Whether she has to pay her benefit back is debatable. If she pays back the fifty grand, she will then require benefit to live as her windfall will be gone and she will be back at square one.
Mathew Wright, this morning, 20 full suits of riot gear were stolen when a police van was left open at the G20, complete with batons and riot sheilds and visas!!!!
who's to know that some of these "do gooders" who were protesting for ...yawnnn, haven't dressed themselves up for a bit of anachy, and how dumb were the police to leave a van unlocked!!!!!
The police have a difficult job to do. If they can't do it, they should find other work, as other people have to do when they're not up to their job. It is open to them to go on the dole too.
Do any of the detractors here realise that the Officer who whacked Ms Fisher had actually been trained, using Home Office guidelines, to do exactly that.(not her specifically, I'm speaking in general terms).

And before you all shriek "I beg your pardon? How dare he assault a defenceless woman half his size? The big bully! How outrageous! Off with his head! Lock him up and throw away the key!"
Drivel, drivel, drivel, self righteous indignation, hand-wringing despair, peep-toed sandals being kicked into the air as the Guardian goes flying across your cosy, comfortable eco-friendly bunker in your back garden,......please allow me to continue:

This training has been Home Office approved for many, many years, no matter what shade of government has darkened the portals of 10 Downing Street,.......... oh, apart of course from those "politicians" supported by those referred to in my previous paragraph.

It matters not if the "victim" is 5' and female, or 7' and built like the proverbial brick convenience, the training is "aimed" (is that word inappropriate?) at any who choose to have themselves lawfully dealt with.
I agree paraffin, and for her to say "she feared for her life" is bullsh!t, on benefits and travelling to London, these people make me sick, I am not an advocate of any brutality, but when there are the masses, you put yourself in danger if a riot should breakout.
Sorry to make this a bit base, but does anyone else here love Nicola Fisher's legs?
