Thats a bit early for wasps must be the warm weather
Hi pericat. That's the price we pay for the weather changing for the better. I saw a bee in the garden yesterday when pegging out the washing. I also saw a butterfly today. Bring on spring!
Bloody hell peri.... i do hope you didnt see it when you were 'sitting down'.... ;-)
I hate the flippin things....ugh!!!
pooh have seen bees a few weeks back, hope they dont nest in my house like before it was like gatwick airport trying to put the washing out
had a HUGE bee in my house yesterday, i was panicing like mad as i was babysitting my friends 9mth old at the time, i was paronoid he would get stung lol
Apparently the bees you see at the moment are the "Queen bees" looking for nests to lay their eggs (I saw this on tv so must be true!)
So please BEE very gentle with them and guide them out of your house cos they are nearing endangered species..... and god knows we dont want wasps taking over their roles

Its thanks to my feline namesake that I saw it - she wouldn't leave the bathroom and I was running a bath - it was crawling on the mat and a few minutes later I would have been in there in bare feet
pericat - if it is a wasp - kill the bloody thing

if it is a BEE then leave to itself and it will leave you alone :)
Aww...your peri cat was protecting his/her mummy....lovely!!
Was...p it scary?
Sorry that was terrible.
Had my hubby chasing a daddy long legs round the bedroom last night. I can't stand the bloody things.
they ruin my life
pink - you need to "stay in more...."
we need more protection from these deadly creatures
Question Author
Absolutely - you should all have a peri !
Pinkfluffo don't worry if you get stung its not that bad...you'll survHIVE.
Question Author
Bigfoot - report yourself for bad jokes -:-))
Yes madam, Im on a roll, unfortunately its all downhill!
i may physically survHIVE but not physchologicaoilly (terrible spelling) they ruin every barbecue ive ever had and dont get me started on picnics.
Keep citronella scented candles around, they tend to keep them away. And you don't have to even light the candle.
