mix the drumbed biscuits with a little butter, melt the chocolate and stir it in. Press into the bottom of a baking tin.
mix egg whites until stiff, fold in the low fat cream cheese, finely grated orange rind and a squirt of orange juice.
put ontop of the base, and into the oven for 15minutes on a low heat.
