Healthcare in Spain if living there

Having searched the internet and got all sorts of information, still not clear as to whether you are entitled to 2.5 years free health care or not. Rules change if not already and some people tell me you are entitled to free health care and others say no. Does anyone know specifically what the rules are if moving to Spain, just under retirement age? Thanks ES
