Sounds like pseudo-science to me.  Probably some hocus pocus escaped from one of the Harry Potter books.

Actuallly it is more likely the product of system such as this link

You put them in afterwards.  Highlight your URL, type in all the words with no spaces, put a space at the end to complete it and then use the cursor to go back and put in as many spaces as you need.
