No sound from mobile uploads

I uploaded a video from a samsung s8000 jet mobile to my pc, but when I view it on the pc it has no sound.... Anybody know where I went wrong and how I can fix it Please?

You've not stated which media player you're using to view the video. If it's the dreaded Windows Media Player it's probably not got the necessary codec to play the video properly. You can either spend hours trying to find the relevant download to update WMP or, far simpler, switch to using a decent video player.

The (free) media player which is most widely recommended in the technical press (and on BBC technology programs) is VLC:

GOM is another good freebie. (It's the default player which I use):

It was Windows Media Player.
