wrinkles on neck/chest area
Morning I am female and have quite prominent wrinkles/creases on neck/chest area(I forget the real name for that area). I have had sun damage to that area many years ago but am careful now. One thing though I do sleep on my side that the area is quite creased in the morning. Can anyone recommend a good cream. I have tried a few night/anti wrinkle creams but no improvement. I now use high spf on the area if exposed which is very rare. I dont have any real wrinkle/skin problems anywhere else. thanks

I don't know how much it cost, but she said it hurt. It's transformed her skin. Moisturisers are cheaper, but I don't know any that work miracles. From watching TV and reading magazines, I know you're doing the right thing by using high SPF creams.
thanks for your answers everyone. not got creases on face puddicat (yet!!) but will keep in mind re satin pillowcases. Will maybe try the olay cream after payday and investigate re the peel. I have had a glycolic peel on face - bit nippy but nothing too bad. Just seemed to refreshe skin nicely but feel would need something quite deep to help these creases. Thanks again though I shall think about it(whilst saving up!)
Have you tried Bio-Oil?Its about 8 and is available from chemists/superdrug etc,i had badly damaged skin on my chest and decolletage from the sun and its worked wonders, the skin is soft, lines are less noticeable and the whole area looks a lot more healthy. Its a dry sort of oil so is not greasy at all,i`d recommend it to any one.
These are basic advice you should consider looking at:- Eat a balanced diet including fruits, vegetables, whole grain foods, seeds, nuts and legumes.
- Drink plenty of fluid every day. This help to keep the skin hydrated and to flush away toxins.
- Obtain fatty acids from cold pressed vegetable oils.
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes, they dry the skin encouraging the development of wrinkles. Also the smoking habit uses the lips muscles hundreds of times a day, which contributes wrinkling.
- Always protect your skin from the sun applying a sunscreen whit a sun protection factor ( SPF) of at least 15 to all exposed areas of the skin.
- Avoid alcohol- based products. Use hazel or an herbal/ floral water instead.
- Avoid using harsh soaps or solid cleansing creams, instead use natural oils such as avocado oil to remove dirt and makeup.
- Do not apply heavy oils around the eye area before going to bed, it may cause the eye to be puffy in the morning.
