car insurance for secondary drive of a banned driver
Hi I have car insurance on my uncles insurance and my uncle is going to be banned soon, when he is banned will it affect my insurance as I am insured through my uncles policy?
also I am in the UK, hope someone can give advice with this issue.

If so you need to be careful. Fronting usually invalidates a policy (as it means the policyholder has made a false statement when making the proposal). You may find that the insurers make some more detailed enquiries when you tell them about your uncle’s disqualification.
In any case, insurers will not normally issue (or continue) a policy when the policyholder is disqualified.
