ipod 5th gen

i have imported quite a lot of songs from cd to my ipod on i tunes,but i want to transfer a mixed dance cd onto my ipod but with no gaps a quick guide would be grateful.

In iTunes select all the tracks on the album. In the iTunes menu, click File then Get Info. In the new window click Options. At the bottom check the Gapless Album option, and change the dropdown to Yes. Sync as normal

Should you find difficulties in following the instructions given so far, I would suggest you search help on Google so you can get a better and more detailed instructions but must say that Milvus your advice is absolute spot on and can't be correctedbut just thought northboy might still struggle so could maybe get futher instructions from Google. Keep us update northboy as to how you get on + wether you do it or not?

At the bottom it should have a checkbox then Gapless Album, then the dropbox which if you click it has the answers Yes or No. Choose yes

Follow this - set gap to 0.

Don't forget to click the checkbox next to Gapless Album so there is a tick in it

If you use that technique Gromit, all Northboy's albums on his iPod become gapless. He just wanted the dance album to be gapless

MILVUS-i have tried this and the tracks have all come out individual in my library.
I WENT ONTO GET INFO>TICKED THE GAPLESS ALBUM BOX>THERE IS NO DROPDOWN TO SAY YES OR SYNC AS NORMAL
