Have noticed it more within past 3 weeks being a constant problem, when in garden my staff eats grass but has been sick in the past from doing same thing but she stops when I shout her name. Then starts in another part of garden again and I am wondering how to stop from doing this???

Nope is just grass in back garden.
All dogs do it, and I think I read somewhere that it's because they like it. It really is that simple, lol.

just seeing if any way can stop her thats all because shes been sick few times by eating it
i always thought grass was a medicine to dogs
Don't stop your staff eating the grass ... it is a natural medicine which makes them sick cos they have a bad tummy. He knows what he is doing !

I've got two staffies (a boy and a girl) The boy used to have good old munch on the grass whenever he got the chance (and then threw up) but the girl has never really bothered. He does cadge unmercifully for carrots and broccoli whenever I'm chopping them up though (not so much other veg) and once he's had a few bits (raw) he doesn't seem to bother with the grass so much.
Like i said, the grass makes them sick, but they do it for a reason.
