Morning all. I worked yesterday and we had to have the heating back on in the store for the first time in 2 weeks and it looks like it will be the same today. We have had tons and tons of World Cup stuff in and I have to sort it all out today, spare how's the logo coming? Not long now you know! It would have been good to have our avatars in time for the opening ceremony so that we can show our support for our National Team.

Morning all. It's taken me nearly 2 hours to log onto the AB this morning. Must be all that volcanic ash !! Well, I did the Brighton marathon yesterday and managed to finish just before the clocks go back again in October. Also didn't lose any toenails this time. We walked a lot of the course and even stopped for a cup of tea about the 24 mile marker. When we saw the finish line we broke into a little canter and flopped over the line uttering the well worn words "never again". It was a very hot sunny day which was great for the spectators but not so good for the runners. Well done JJ. Hope you enjoyed your first marathon. I'm going for a sauna now and then I've got a massage booked. Hopefully that will loosen me up a bit. Ah the joys of having osteoporosis, arthritis and a bus pass.... Have a lovely day day one and all.

Blimey take a week off!!! I couldn't run to the local shop at a jogging pace, well i;ve never tried I always go well before they close.
