7 Answers
whats the phone everyone wants at the moment? what are the best ones on the market at the moment?
also, im sick of being given a £35 a month contract then it comes to £50 a month when you include vat etc
i barely use the thing, so was thinking of cancelling and going on pay as you go. but what are the best deals around and best operator ???
considering i dont really use the thing, id like a nice phone but on pay as you go or if i was on contract id want the bills to be £15 - 20 tops.
please could someone point me in the right direction
thanks

We bought ours and have the payg from O2, 15 quid a month gives you unlimited texts/calls to all O2 phones, you get a years free internet/email when you buy the phone, after that its a tenner a month all in, which leaves you five quid for calls/texts to non O2 phones plus you get cashback on your top ups, plus lucky dips with prizes.

Best handset is a matter of opinion.
IMO any that do more than allow me to make/receive calls and texts had complexity I'm paying up front for but won't use, and is another thing to go wrong.
Check the websites to see what they are offering. If you make few calls you may well find PAYG a financially attractive option despite all. But be aware handset replacement (and possibly initial purchase) may well be down to yourself, with no subsidies. But shop around.
