It doesn't matter which company your email account is with, what we need to know is which email program you use on your computer. Or are you using webmail?
I am using Microsoft Outlook 2010, so I'll give you instructions for that. It might be a a bit different for your email program.
To insert a photo into an email, click anywhere in the new message, click on the 'Insert' menu, click on 'Picture', choose your picture, click on 'Insert'. (I think this is the same in Outlook Express (the free program on most computers))
For spam, click on 'Junk' under the 'Home' tab, click on 'Junk E-mail Options',l choose your option (I'd suggest 'Low'), and click on 'OK'. (There are less junk mail options in Outlook Express)
If your regularly send emails to the same group of people, you can make a group. Then you only have to select the group name each time you send an email to that group. Click on 'Contacts' and then on 'New Contact Group'. Then add the people you in the group, and save the group.
