Any genuine opportunities for home-based working? I rather fancy being a deliberately awkward old sod to test customer care and management reactions..  Am I sad or what?

the library i work in has 'mystery shoppers'.  we are supposed to answer the phone within 15 seconds and answer stupid questions posed on the phone and face to face. you can always tell who they are.  i have better things to do in my job!

I'd also recommend nop.  The mystery shopper bit is www.cybershopper.nop.co.uk and you usually get at least a fiver and sometimes up to �15 depending on the job.  It's all pretty straightforward but you don't really need to be especially cantankerous (sp?) as they're really looking for an account of a standard customer enquiry rather than whether the staff respond to abuse and/or difficult behaviour!

I've been registered with a few sites but this one has offered me the most work and been the most straightforward to use.
