Does anybody know what the healthiest/least fattening option at Pizza Hut is?
Please don't suggest the salad bar as I have huge issues with food that's been left exposed! (and although I doubt they're very fattening, flies/child bogeys don't class as "healthy"!)

In their kitchens the pizzas are made using trays of exposed meat, veg and sauces. The pasta dishes are kept in foil trays in the fridge - but you don't know how long the ingredients were exposed at the factory.
Come to that... you'd have to worry about anything you buy in the supermarket as you don't know how long it sat about before being wrapped in plastic, and how long it's sat wrapped in plastic before you buy it.
Thanks, I just found out they do a reduced fat vegetable pizza with a thin crust!
If it was up to me I wouldn't go in there, but it's my friend's birthday and we're starting the night out there!
It's not like an extreme phobia or anything, but the reason I don't want to eat from the salad cart is that when I was at college I actually worked in another restaurant with a salad bar, and know how much cross contamination occurs, even when the food is completely changed every couple of hours. In a restaurant, staff have hygiene rules, whereas customers don't!
P.S. I generally don't buy processed food from supermarkets anyway, it's poor quality rubbish plus I'm not a fan of factory farming!
