For years I used to work a fortnight about, days and nights at Rover many moons ago...just as I'd just got used to sleeping during the day, i'd be back on days again and I'd be lying awake at 3 o'clock in the morning knowing I'd got to be up at 6.30am to go to work......ruined my bloody sleep pattern and eating for good!
