If you have been convicted of drink driving

years ago and get done again , do you go to prison ,or is it a hefty
fine and a ban .. ...i'm not a drink driver ....just something that came up
in conversation ...

My friend got sent down on the third time being caught. He got 4 months.

Another person I know got away with community service on his third time.
