Gardening for a living.

I would like to become a gardener.Where do I start? Is it possible to train part time and just what would be involved?

At the local library - read a few books on gardening to a) get a feel for it b) assure yourself this is the career for you (nothing against it - i love gardening)

assuming you are in the UK then it is possible to get a college course on gardening/landscape gardening etc.. but you have to look for them (and be prepared to travel) - online searches should come up with info as most colleges have websites these days!

There is a college that has a distance learning range of courses endorsed by the RHS..... I have the link somewhere and will dig it out.
