hardwear error??

when i turn on my zen i get a notice that says  hardwear error and does not allow me to play my music. what does this mean? and how can i then sort this so it allows me to play my music? please send any advice. cheers x x

I have had a zen for over a year and never seen that message, so i think your up Sh** creek my friend, sorry.

Try Creative.com for some advice

you could also try www.nomadness (cant remember if its .net or .com) on there are forums with lots of advice and some help pages, they're bound to sort you out.
