(Male) Ian/Iain. There are several Welsh ones, of course, such as Ieuan, Ifan, Idris, Iltyd etc as well as 'foreign' ones such as Ivan, Ibrahim, Isaac, Igor, Ignatius etc.
(Female) Ida, Ingrid, Irene, Isla, Iris, Ivy, Isobel, Imogen. There are several more 'foreign' ones such as Iman and Ilse. Best wishes if this is for a new baby!
I thought of some more, although some are African (isn't it nice to have foreign frends!) and some are Latin and yet others are from Hebrew. All languages that to a certain extent have influenced and contibuted to English.
IAIN, IAN, IFE, IGE, IGGY, IGNATIUS, IGOR, IKE (ISAAC), ILIT, ILORI, IMAN, IMMANUEL, IMOGENE, IMRAN, INARI, INEK, INEKE, INGRAM, ION, IRA, IRMA, IRVING, ISAAC, ISAIAH, ISRAEL, ISSAY, IVAN, IVO, IVRIT, IZZY
And let's not forget that champion of wide guage west region rail travel, bridge design and steamship manufacture (his son helped with the tunnel design and boring for the underground railway in London) Isombard Kingdon Brunel.
Enjoy.
