both stopped working almost at the same time :-(
3 weeks now :'(

the landlords making all sorts of exscuses, not sure if hes gonna do anything about it. the washer and oven are quite old though so it is due for a replacement. Help!

WB... if you rented the house "furnished" with oven and washing machine, then it's the landlords responsibility to get those things sorted. Tell him not oven and washing machine, no rent !
