New SKY HD format master volume

Since SKY changed the menu system on the HD boxes, I can't find the master volume adjust. Does it have one? If not, it's a bit of a pain as I have to keep turning up and down the volume each time I switch my amplifier between CD and AV.

I'm having problems with itunes 9.1 and vista. Have downloaded it and installed it, but it won't launch off the desktop ?

The current EPG does not include a volume setting.
