Go to your deleted messages, or trash, or whatever it is called and reinstate them.

Shouldnt they be in the "Deleted Mail" box waiting to be sent to the rubbish bin (or whatever its called)

From my emails you know when you get your e-mail and you can send them as spam etc

You might want to forward the really important ones to another email account. That way you have back up copies available . . . just in case.
