I took a lovely photo of some villagers in Ladquoai, about twenty miles north of the capital and I would like to send it to them as a postcard. Problem is they use a different alphabet in Laos.

Does anyone know how to write Ladquoai in their squiggly wriggly script so the local postal service can read it?

I haven't had any trouble posting letters to the Middle East addresing my envelopes in English even though they use Arabic there.  Sending a postcard would obviously also help as the postman might recognise them!

It's not the Middle East, Laos is a poor South East Asian commy landlocked country with massive adult illiteracy, no expat community, no history with the Empire and no knowledge of English apart from a few football players. Now does anyone know the Lao for Ladquoai?
