no witness accident
without going into detail,i was involved in a bump in my local morrisons car park..it was entirely the other persons fault, but she wont admit it.i have been told by numerous people that it will end up knock for knock.this i am not willing to accept..i got a letter from her solicitors telling me how she said the accident happened, and that it was all my fault..however i asked my insusance company to try and obtain a sketch and statement off her for me to see what exactly she had concocted..the solicitors letter, of her description, and her sketch and statement are two completely different stories.this to me proves that she is lying..is it worth me taking it further with this information....incidently my car was written off.

The Knock for Knock agreement between insurers hasn't exisited for over ten years. The Knock for Knock agreement was an internal agreement between insurers to avoid 'pound-swapping' whereby they agreed not to exericse their subrogation rights against each other.
What will actually happen is that the claim will be settled on a 50/50 basis.
Whilst it may have been the other driver's fault, because there are no witnesses and because the other driver is saying it wasn't her fault, there is pretty much no way you can prove otherwise.
It is very frustrating knowing someboy is telling lies (I know - I've been there) but there's naff all you can do about it!
