Disk Clean up on windows 7.

I want to do a disk clean up but am worried that I will delete files that I need. Which boxes should I tick to delete the files ?

I read in a book that using Start,All programes,Accessories,System tools,Disk clean up will show the files that can safely be removed only,BUT I don't know for sure.I have just done this funnily enough,everything seems OK,but as a computer novice,check this with someone else first.
