Music for car advert - moody

Does anyone know the music used in a very recent car advert, playing around Jan- March this year (2010)?

It is slow and moody, with a deep violin playing the melody- a bit Sin City-like.

I just heard it used on Sky Sports as the backing track for some sporty chat!

The advert said - one day all cars will be made like this, or something like that.

Are you referring to the Mercedes Benz ad 'Presence' with Josh Brolin. Rainy night, running dogs etc?

If so, the music is Martha's Dream by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis.
