Maternal/Paternal Rights

If, in the future a man was able to give birth who would naturally assume rights to bring up the child. Today, the mother is usually favoured - presumably because she gave birth, but what if the father actually concieved, carried and delivered the child?

Whatever his rights he would only have the one .The human race would die out if men had to give birth!
