I mean one inside the bath - not alongside it.

I've slipped twice getting out of the bath recently and I know I should get one .... they just seem so unhygienic. I had one before and it went black and yucky underneath. Or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Mrs. C. I think to stop it going gunky underneath, it needs to be put on the side to dry between baths.

I think you can also buy some stick on non slip shapes to go on the bottom of bath.

something like these Mrs. C.
yes DEN is right, we have them for Ben, they look like paint splats in all different colours....ELC would you believe mrs c..lol
I bought one for my mum a while ago, the instructions said that you shouldn't use bubblebath when using it! I suppose if you rinsed it and dried it and took if out of the bath after use it would last longer.
lol....I never knew about those DEN, Ben's got the splats..
wash it after and lay it over side of bath
we use.it's the getting in/out of bath that I've probs with

Thanks all for replies. xxx

Den, I like the look of those on eBay, the problem is that I don't think they will stick to the bottom of the bath as it has ridges on it (the ridges didn't stop me from slipping though).

Twit that I am, I never thought about pulling it up between baths (those suction pads are quite strong). [:o)
Get the Lodger to drag you out each time mrs.chappie ! lol
When you put the mat back make sure you press the suction pads down so they adhere. If not as you fill the bath the mat is in effect floating, step on the mat like this and a serious accident is waiting to happen.
we have some like these for the kids.
Got ours in Aldi

they have little suckers on bottom and were anti mould

Slight problem red ...... we haven't got a lodger. Are you looking for a room, perchance? [:o)
