Hi, guys ... hi, Mopsy.

It was nice of you to think of me. That was lovely. Thank you.

I've just looked up that CD and found it on play.com

I might order it.

I am quite fussy about my running tracks. They have to play at 162 beats/minute.

I have a playlist on my iPod of 162 bpm songs.

... which was a bit of a problem a few weeks back. It was full of tracks at 160 bpm.

I found my comfortable running pace had changed from 160 to 162. My stride length has obviously shortened a bit since last year.

160 to 162 doesn't sound drastic, but it means that after 30 seconds, the music had done 80 beats, and I had run 81 paces ... so I would be running on the wrong foot, and then I had to do a little "skip" to get back in time with the music.

So ... the 160 bpm playlist had to be wiped, and I now have a 162 bpm playlist.

No it's not, Vibe. It's actually quite slow.

It's just things like ...

Summer Song (Joe Satriani)

I Said Never Again (Rachel Stevens)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lKGN4fqaRk0

Bad Girl (ZZ Top)

Surfin' USA (Beach Boys)

Heatseeker (AC/DC)

Things like that. And all perfect for my running pace. 12 km/h and 162 bpm.
