Trugreen - a lawn treatment company

I've been with Green Thumb for one and a half year, but it does not seem to have improved my lawn a lot. I 'm considering to switch to another lawn treatment company, TruGreen, it looks they provide lawn care services in the UK and in USA. Will anyone recommend TruGreen, thx

If you're going to use Trugreen, I sincerely hope that their UK service is considerably better than that in the USA!

try doing it yourself if your able,Eric. Wilco sells a box of lawn weed feed and mosskiller. It's cheap and it works, on my lawn anyway. great stuff!

Why go for a franchise? The expression 'all the gear and no idea' is tailor made for some.......but not all. They are as good as the individual and not cheap.
I would look for a respected local garden maintenance company, but even that is a minefield! Recomendation is the answer. We started a garden maintenance section 10 years ago, after seeing the pigs ear others were making of gardens we had refurbished. No fancy name or flash truck etc, just a sound, reliable service which grows with no advertising, year on year.
