Could i be lacking in something?

May sound daft but all i do is eat and not rhe good stuff... No joke.. I ate 3kit kats 3 fairy cakes and some shortbread in one day never mind crisps and sandwiches... Im technically overweight according to my bmi.. But im a size 10 And not what i would call fat. Basically im thinking its bloody greed but i cant say no!! Its getting me down actually :0( any suggestions xx

Lol if i could boo! Or like jus dont eat em!!!!!! But its food i just cant say no honestly. Its driving me mad and i do drink enough water n milk not alot of fizzy x

Don't have the naughty stuff around, but havefruit to hand when you get the nibbles.

Grapes, satsumas, apples, apricots etc etc are so easy to eat and satisfying.
Are you actually craving the food from hunger? Do you ever feel full?

Are your toilet habits normal?

I used to feel empty and crave all sorts of things all the time. Got some much flack about my weight then finally got diagnosed with malabsorbtion earlier this year.

It's more common to drop weight with it but it can go the other way, would have to be me lol, and you end up craving food as you are never properly satisfied and such as your body can't process things properly and ends up with all kinds of deficiencies etc...

Since I had my initial course of treatment it's made a huge difference and my weight has been dropping off.

So, might be worth getting things checked out if there are any other symptoms.

Currently sitting with grapes panic lol tryin not to want crisps haha... Aww smellysox im jelous lol!! As i say im not hugely fat but i dont want to continue this way! Cant get flippn bridesmaid dress shut im wearing in 9wks which got me down.. And embarrased yet with that in mind i still gorge myself!!

Jenna thank u... I havent felt full in a while ... Ppl joke i have a worm! I have to stop eating the rubbish but mabye worth mentuonin it next time i am at docs!! Toilet habits are same.. Regular... Sometimes little loose probs due to poor diet ov late.. Xx
Perhaps you need someone to tell you to get some blinking self control and willpower.

You sound like you are asking for sympathy, but the solution to your 'problem' is entirely in your hands.

Let me get my brain clear about something.....
You say you are a size "10"? and "technically" overweight? .....
I wouldn't call a size 10 overweight.
Count youself lucky you can eat that stuff, I just have to look at yummy stuff and put the pounds on ... I'm a size 26 ... that "IS" what you call overweight.
are you eating any real foods? the junk you listed isnt real food, your body will continue to crave real food until you eat it.
just to add, dont kid yourself that the continuation of eating junk will never affect your weight, over time your body changes and the weight will stay on. better to learn good eating habits now for the sake of your future health, its not all about weight.

Thats it cazz i want to get a grip now before i do get older and have real probs!! I do eat proper food too just probs need a bit more!! So busy aswell easier to grab junk isnt it!! Angieleaf, just with my BMI im quite small and my current weight and height according to my BMI scale makes me in the overweight catagory so i want to change that... X
good on you for wanting to change things now, all you have to do is change the bios by saving unhealthy snacks as occasional and not daily. I suppose a bit of forward planning when you need to grab something quick, for a sweet fix I like to treat myself to a punnet of strawberries or some ready to eat peaches, they go down well after a meal as well in place of a pudding.

Brill cazz thanks for advice i think being more prepared is good aswell... Coz i work at night aswell so i go from one job to anothet and i think ill have to pick better foods that will fill me up thanks for the advice x
