Where to get a photo measuring 16½ x 5½ inches printed?

I have a photo which I want printed out measuring 5½ x 16½ inches. Can anyone help, I have looked at many printing services online but none do this size or anywhere near it. Any help appreciated.

Any one who can print A3 photo's can do do this.
A3 is 16.5 x 11.7. Guillotine the excess

Just take the file on a pen drive to the local print/supplies shop. They will print off the file as you want it.
