Do your pets greet you better than people sometimes?

Every morning without fail my Hannes Mccaw as in picture greets me with Good Morning every morning wnen I take her cover off.And the cockatiel says Hello. The minute the door bell rings or she hears the front door she shouts Who's coming. The only thing that upsets me is when she shouts my labrador that I had to have put sleep late last year and she tells him to go and wee come on go and wee wee.

if i go to work, when i come home one of my cats comes running up to the front door yowling at me to tell me off for going out, asking me what i've been up to....and where's my food?! x

They are so crafty with food - they ask me for it when I come in, then they ask OH for it when he comes in - today they asked us both at 3.30 - no chance, guys!

Miss Tinkerbell wakes me up with a face full of cat breath! Harassess me for food and then ignores me until bedtime...apart from bringing me presents... However as soon as they see movement the fish all gather in one corner of the tank waiting to be fed .

boxtops - you are so right. if mr kicker feeds them because i'm in a rush or doing something else, younger madam always tries it on. she's so persistent and vocal. i do think she was dropped on her head as a kitten...she cetainly is a couple of foil pouches short...but i love her. she even has her own pillow in bed and demands cuddles until everyone is asleep. the older lady i have is a foundling. she is much more aloof and unpredictable - she can mince you good and proper if you overstep the mark x
