my daughter is bringing her 2 year old rescue dogue de bordeaux (female un spayed) to visit today for the first time. she is a very relaxed calm dog, however my 2 year old male neutered bedlington is excitable and very vocal. what is the best way to introduce them to each other?

Hi, I would do it away from your home. Do you have a local area near to you? Let them meet there as no one will be invading the others territory. Let them have a sniff whilst on lead then let them off.....hopefully they will have a good old run round, then you can take them home.
Remove all food balls and toys as these can be flash points between dogs.
Good luck, stay calm and have fun.

Should add, you will rarely see trouble between a bitch and a neutered male, unless there have been any previous acts of aggression. She may try to dominate him, but he should submit....being the man....lol
