25 could be Lady. Generally not used very flatteringly - it comes from the Arabic = daughter. Said to have been brought back to the the UK by military personnel serving in the Arab protectorates at that time.

I am very sure of the letters I, N and T. I also looked up the word beginning with b on Google and the definition agrees with what is implied by the clue.
