There are shampoos for blondes, brunettes and redheads.

Guys have preferences for blondes, brunettes or redheads.

There are even websites for blondes, brunettes and redheads ... (err ... apparently).

But what about those of us who, if we were honest, would be called "mousey brown"

We don't want to be the unsexy sub group of brunette.

It's like we always get sat in the cheap seats.

We should have equality with the blondes, brunettes and redheads.

JJ - you are no mouse - and shouldn't think you ever have been !!

What about discrimination against baldies then? Or those with combovers?
get highlights
or lowlights.
(What the hell's the difference anyway - never quite understood that......)?
Mousey is great.
I haven't had my mousey brown hair since I was 15 and I am now (whispers) sshhhh 63 - I am now amazed to find that it is turning grey! Thank goodness for hair colours and highlights!!

No one discriminates against slapheads, Sals.

And red ... redheads are always regarded as passionate, and sexy.

It's we "mouseys" who get overlooked.

Most 'mouseys' are actually true ash either dark ash blond or light ash brown,
Look for lighter ash tones when highlighting if you fancy it. I used to be a mouse... have since been pretty much any shade you could think of often in combination but have learned subtle variation on my natural colour is the most flattering, not so much fun though. Pass the purple and pink...I feel a change coming on
Mouseys like the nacherrral greasy/flat/green/smelly ungroomed look....not for them scented conditioners or urban styling. Often mouseys are seen as too natural, with all hair intact - yuk !
