but what of Triesman's allegations?

inevitably the FA are distancing themselves from Lord Triesman's allegations of referee bribery, as is the fool himself now that he's desperate. But i can't help thinking he wouldn't have made those claims if he hadn't meant them. What if they have foundation? Shouldn't an investigation take place?
