"No Listings Available" on Sky+ HD box

When I try to view future programmes via the "TV Guide" on my Sky+ HD box, there are several gaps in the listings, i.e. instead of a programme being shown in the listing, all it says is "No Listings Available".

I know that listings are not available past 7 days in the future, but some of these gaps appear within one or two days of the date on which I am looking for them. This is very annoying as I (obviously) can't select a programme to be recorded if it isn't displayed!

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem is, please?

we have this problem with ours ,i unplug it wait 10seconds and plug back in this seems to work for us

That seems to be a common "fix" - I do that when my box "freezes"!

The sky system is very good but also very prone to crashes.

Indeed! Mine throws some sort of "wobbly" at least once a fortnight!
