Did anyone watch the Royal Wedding on BBC2 at 9pm. I only watched it because nothing else was on. What a load of cr@p. BBC I want my money back.

I wish I had. I stuck with it as nothing else to watch. I should have watched the paint drying, It would have been more entertaining.

It wasn't about the monarchy Mark. It was about a welsh village losing their main employer. The wedding was just happening at the same time. I am with you about royalty. I know my royal history but only for quizzing purposes.

But why do we need a monarchy at all. It is all ceremony. do we need it. No. Do the majority want it No. Have you seen the grounds and gardens that Buck house takes up in central London. It's not worth millions, it's worth Billions.

Obviously we're all entitled to our own opinion, and as far as I'm aware there haven't been any polls published regarding the monarchy for quite some time. The last one I saw showed more than 60% in favour of a monarchy and about 15% not bothered either way.
