Hi, I have only been with the company i work for for around 8-10 weeks. I'm pretty sure i'm pregnant. I have taken several tests that have all come back with a faint line on within the 3 minutes. Just wanted to know wether i'd get maternity leave having only been with the company for a short lenth of time.

Thanks.

yes, you would be entitled to maternity leave if youve just fallen pregnant. I think there are different rules if you were pregnant when you started there

congratulations.

Thanks. x
u r entitled to maternity leave as long as u werent pregnant when started work, alot of companies do state different terms in there handbook so check your contract, but dont worry coz if the company wont give smp (saturary maternity pay) u can claimed maternity allowance (ma) from government, it is the same amount

and dont forget, you dont have to take maternity leave. You can return to work 2 weeks (or 4 if working in a factory) after baby is born
