YouTube vid removed...

I made a video, like a music video made on the Sims 2 using an actaul tune (Dying In Your Arms-Trivium),
and it was removed, it said something about a WM-- (Something like that).

Anyway, why?
I paid for the tune and everything, and getting authorisation to atually use the tune is next to impossible.

Do you have to ask the band "Can I use your tune?"
Or who do you ask? And how?
