My mum has a residency order regarding my 4 year old son up until 4 days ago everything was fine i was having him 4-5 nights a week picking him up from school etc. But now me and my nan have fell out over money (her mum) she has refused to let me see him and wont answer the phone so i can speak can she does this its killing me ?
prev can someone who has a residency order stop the biological parent seing their child

what is the visitation as set out in court? In anser to the question below, yes they can if they have an order to say you can't see the child
