I really like pret's salad, the one that has feta cheese, hummus (sp?) a tortilla wrap in it etc, however, I'm trying to lose a bit of weight and wondered if anyone knows how healthy / fattening this is? It always really fills me up so I never think that something that fills me up can be good for me!!
not really good for you. According to Weight Watchers eating out book Pret is the worse for points! But I agree, their salad's and sandwich are just.....hmmmm... lovely.
