hii could any 1 tell me pls? my house is on my wife name and i m in dept very big style and only option for me bankrupt
if i bankrupt my name will it effect the house even house not on my name???

Normally if property is in your wife's name, the Official Receiver would not be able to touch it if you were make bankrupt but if you had simply just transferred it before declaring yourself bankrupt they might want to investigate further.
