I usually complete the Mephisto on a Sunday afternoon. Have just come in out of the glorious sunshine - found crossword impossible without a Chambers online facility outside! This answer will help when I get back to it - I had 'BLAST' for 27a (Like a little blasphemy finding cell), which made rest of bottom right corner impossible to work!
I may be back after I try to complete it tomorrow!
