SUMTHING, The Daily Express Friday 21st May

Hi,
Has anyone managed to complete this weeks grid,I am really stuck so I would be grateful for any help,
Fit the missing numbers into the grid so all the sums are correct,

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I don't understand whether the divide and equal signs mean that the first line divided by the second gives the third, but that doesn't look possible.
At the bottom, 1 + a single digit giving a two digit answer must mean 1 + 9 = 10, assuming that none of the numbers begin with a zero..
Then you've got to fit another 0 in, and that can only be 5x4 (or 8) giving 20 or 40 for one of the other rows.
Then, if you've got a two digit answer on top divided by another two digit number, the answer can't possibly be 10.
Perhaps I've misunderstood, or perhaps there's an error in the layout.

1 + 1 = 02
This is the second time this month we have seen Zero used in front of a single digit which serves no purpose other than to frustrate the solver (see below). Worth remembering for next time!
