iphone and adobe photoshop CS3

Hi there...

Just wondering why when I plug my new iphone into my laptop (USB) adobe photoshop cs3 opens up instead of itunes, never use this program and dont know why its on here. End up closing it down and opening itunes manually?

Sy, your laptop is seeing the camera in the phone and Photoshop is apparently the default program for handling new pictures, you need to go into control panel and select Scanners & Cameras (with iPhone attached), in there you should see your phone, right click on it and select 'properties', from there you want the 'Events' tab. On the 'select an event' box you need to pick 'camera connected' and set the action to 'Take no action'. Is this a secondhand laptop as Photoshop is a very expensive bit of software to have and not know that it's on there?

Thats done it great thank you.... no had from new, probably downloaded it without realising!!

a £700 bit of software is a hell of a thing to download without realising!

Indeed, I'm still using CS2 as I can't warrant the upgrade costs :-(
